It is important that you find an eye doctor that doesn’t just think of you as a number on a chart. The doctor should take the time to talk with you about your questions and concerns. This will make sure that you not only have the right glasses or contacts but that you will be comfortable wearing them and understanding how they will help you.
You can check our insurance page to see if we accept your particular coverage. If you don’t see your insurance listed or have a question, please feel free to contact us. We’re always happy to work with you. It’s easy to schedule an eye exam. You can call or stop in and we’ll get you on the schedule.
Routine eye exams are an important part of your all-around health. Children’s eyes change as they mature and as you get older, other changes occur, so you should have your vision checked yearly.
After the Exam
Once the doctor exams your eyes, he may decide that you need glasses or contacts. Dr. Myers will write out a prescription. You can use the prescription to purchase eyewear in our office. You can go other places or online to get your glasses, but it is better to do it at the same place you had your eye exam. The doctor will be able to make sure that the new eyewear is working correctly and can make any adjustments quickly.
Make an Informed Choice in Eye Doctors
Just like any other physician, choosing the right eye doctor is an important decision. Dr. Myers will safeguard your vision, helping you keep your eyesight healthy for years to come.
